THE 2 PHASES OF OWNING YOUR HEALTH AND ROCKING YOUR BODY

Phase 1: Nutrition Foundations

1. Build Basic Habits

  • Pay attention to what and how you eat
  • Create YOUR best food environment with go-to meals and grocery shopping know-how
  • Understand how calorie balance plays a role in body fat level

2. Build Your Fitness Base

  • Learn exercise technique 
  • Develop the habit of moving 3 - 5 times per week
  • Harness the power of daily steps and other "extra" movement

3. Quantify Food Portions Intuitively

  • Identify main macro in foods 
  • Know what a portion size of each macro is
  • Ability to track how many portions of macros you have per day

Phase 2: Mastering Macros

1. Increase Precision

  • Use more precise food tracking tools and strategies to expedite success

The first week it was almost an immediate weight was lifted off my shoulders. I guess just knowing that it is possible for me to get results without doing harm to my body. 1. Do I have time for this?

A. Ah, the most frequent of all frequently asked questions! Resilient nutrition and fitness isn't about having time, it's about making the most of the time you have. There will never be an "easy" time to take control and build your resilient nutrition and fitness lifestyle, because change is inherently challenging. With that said, I want nothing more than for you to take control of your nutrition and fitness through the power of healthy habits. I want you to look your best, and exude confidence. And I want you to have that no matter what crazy stuff is going on in your life. The more crazy life gets the more we depend on healthy habits to provide the resiliency we need to always be at our best.

2. Do I need to have a gym?

A. No, you don't need to have a gym and all training programs are individual and personalized, but you will want to have access to a few dumbbells, a box or bench, and some bands - at a minimum.

I can't say enough AMAZING things about this program. All I want for Christmas is to keep at it! Your support and feedback has been so important.
